雅 YA is a Singapore and London based creative director, researcher, and storyteller exploring the human condition and our intrapersonal relationship with self in kintsugi. Through long-term projects such as An Everyday Thought and If The City Could Speak, she examines objects, spaces, relationships, and urban scenes as quiet witnesses to the dilemmas and complexities of modern life. Her features with VSCO, the International Center of Photography, Somerset House and Vogue Singapore, among others, affirms her mission to make image-making a personal journey of self-discovery, expression and healing, using creative practice as a means to process experience, give form to the unseen and find meaning in the everyday.
